Global announcement
Show messages to all players or a targeted group. These are separate from per-player server messages.
Load a player profile first, then open this tab.

Staff notes
Only the owner staff role can tick/untick this. Once marked, non-owner staff can view this profile but cannot save changes to it.
Game access
Revoke or restore this player's access independently of any server message. Revoked players will be blocked by the Unity bootstrap and their client saves are rejected by the backend.
Server message
Send a message without revoking access, or revoke access without sending a message. These controls are independent.
